Crescent high, chapter,1 THE NEW GIRL

The first day of school and I’m already lost, thought star as she entered the rusted iron gates to crescent high. Star reached into her pocket and fished for a folded piece of notebook paper, deciding whether she should find her locker or first period she walked into a student filled hall. I’ll find my locker first then find my way to class, as she was pondering where her locker might be she bumped into someone and her binder and notebook fell from her hands onto the pale green floor. “ I’m sorry I wasn’t paying attention” she said as she crouched down to pick up her things not bothering to look at the person. “Don’t worry about it, it’s okay” as she heard the voice she could tell it was a male she soon after saw a rather pale hand, hand her a binder. Surprised by the pale hand she looked up to meet a pair of brown eyes capable to pass for black compared to the pale skin “ Thank you, I’m new here so I don’t really know my way around yet, my name is Star by the way”. She gave him a friendly smile and he smiled back at her “ I’m Bert. Your new here right? I’ll help you so lend me your classes, oh here comes my friend Selena, she‘ll help too”. he waved over to a girl about her height, she had long brown hair up in a pony tail which looked way better than my blonde hair, thought Star. “ Hi Bert, how you been?” she said as she hugged the pale boy. “ Hey moon this is my friend star she’s new here and I wanted to know if you would want to help me show her around” he said as star finished searching for her classes and handed them to Bert. While he studied her classes Selena and Star introduced themselves to each other, they looked at Bert in time to see him smile at the sheet of paper “ What is it Bert?” asked Selena, he looked up and stated that the three of them had the same 6th period class and soon Selena joined his smile. “Well that’s good at least we can all sit together” Selena said happily, soon the three of them were smiling at each other, Star turned to look at each of them, I have new friends, she concluded making her smile even more.
